By accessing or using My League Schedule at https://www.myleagueschedule.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
My League Schedule is a free, browser-based sports league schedule generator. No account or registration is required. All schedule data you create is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site's source code, design, text, and branding are owned by the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Schedules you generate using the tool are your own. You retain full ownership of the schedule data you create and may use, share, or publish it without restriction.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees that generated schedules will be free from errors, conflicts, or omissions, and we are not responsible for any scheduling errors that result from use of the tool.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of My League Schedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the schedules it generates, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Advertising
The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. The operator does not control the content of these advertisements and is not responsible for any products, services, or claims made within them. Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
